About Us

At the TransFormative Health Collective, we are dedicated to bettering healthcare for transgender individuals by fostering inclusive, quality, and affirming care. Our mission is to bridge the gap between trans patients and (currently) non-gender-affirming healthcare practitioners by creating a network of vetted, compassionate providers who prioritize the dignity and safety of every transgender person, throughout the United States. We have worked with gender-affirming medical professionals, some who are trans themselves, who have helped us set a standard for what we expect from providers. Through our resources, including a blog offering guidance for both patients and medical professionals, we empower trans communities to advocate for their health and ensure that their voices and autonomy are honored in every healthcare setting.

Please consider recommending practitioners or reviewing our unapproved, but recommended providers and submitting what your experience was with them.
